Refund Policy
Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact us within: 7 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery. If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization at info@jewelsty.com
If for any reason, due to unplanned circumstances (we understand that things can happen) please message me before the 2 week period if you need an extension on the return period. We would be happy to do our best to accommodate your situation.
For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. Jewelsty Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. If an upgraded shipping method was selected on your part, we are not able to refund the shipping fee. If you have selected our standard shipping option, there won't be a substitution on the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued. Please allow 1-3 days for this process.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Eternity Bands (can be exchanged for store credit)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 6 hour of purchase. An address change could be applied any time before your order has shipped. Please contact us directly at info@jewelsty.com with your order number in the subject line.
